I found this cartoon on the web this morning, it amused me and therefore I thought I'd include it here in the light of the comment on our environmental policy yesterday.Right move of David Cameron not to don the silly hat though for the photo shoot on the Norwegian glacier. Another William Hague at the Notting Hill Carnival moment skilfully avoided.
